The staff at Tamarac Elementary are dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction in a safe and secure environment. We strive to meet the individual needs of every learner. I am very proud of the teaching staff. They are a dedicated and caring group of educators. All of our staff is highly qualified and 7 are National Board Certified, meaning they have voluntarily participated in a rigorous evaluation process where their work is critiqued by their peers across the country and they are determined to meet or exceet standards for national excellence.

As the principal, I am committed to providing my staff with the tools and resources necessary to educate our children and prepare them to be life-long learners. It is often said that we are preparing children today for jobs that don’t yet exist. Our implementation of the curriculum is based on this philosophy. We believe that preparing our children for the FCAT is best done through differentiated instruction and engaging activities based on the Sunshine State Standards.
