Annual Customer Survey

The Broward County Public School’s Eighteenth Annual Customer Survey of our District’s students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents will be underway throughout all elementary, middle, and high schools. This year’s surveys will be administered online to all students in grades 3 through 12, to all full-time instructional staff/teachers, and to all parents/guardians. Surveys will be administered online beginning February 6, 2012 through April 6, 2012. All surveys will be available online through Virtual Counselor (https://www.browardschools.com/virtualcounselor) for all students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents who wish to participate.

It is important for students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians to participate to ensure that valid conclusions can be drawn from the results.  We appreciate the advice students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians give us each year and encourage everyone to take a few minutes to participate.

Following administration, student, teacher, and parent data will be analyzed and summarized in individual school reports. Results for individual school reports will be released by June 8, 2012.  A customer survey brief highlighting areas of concern, providing results for the District and for elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and centers will be released July 6, 2012.
